Flower Patch meets Blackberry Bliss & Daffodil Delight

My lovely UPS delivery man  delivered my Flower Patch stamp set yesterday afternoon.  It has been on back order since I ordered it when I signed up to become a demo at the beginning of July and it was the first stamp set I chose to be in my starter kit out of the new annual catalogue.  I have had a quick chance to play with it today and here is the result.
I love the colour combination of Blackberry Bliss, Daffodil Delight and Melon Mambo.  You can buy the stamp set and the framelits dies separately or if you buy them as a bundle you save 15%.  Bargain!

Pig Party Gift Box

I have made these little piggy party gift boxes before using my Silhouette Cameo but I wanted to re-create them by hand using only Stampin' Up! products and cutting out by hand....and here is the result.  Hope you like it!

I apologise for the poor picture quality - I am trying to get to know the camera and all the twiddly bits and trying to use natural light but I think I might have to invest in a pop up studio and lights.  Colours are Blushing Bride and Melon Mambo. Oink!

Flower Shop Stamp Set & Petite Petals yet again!

I love these stamp sets (have you noticed?!) and having the matching punches makes putting a card together really quick and easy.  I cased this card from Pinterest and thought the colour combo of Hello Honey, Crisp Cantaloupe and Pistachio Pudding went really well together.

I drew the stems on by hand and originally stamped the 'Thank You' sentiment straight onto the card but in my usual haste instead of using my stamp-a-ma-jig to line up the sentiment, I stamped it freehand and it ended up wonky.  I punched out another sentiment to cover up my mistake.

If you don't know what a stamp-a-ma-jig is, it makes it easy to line up any stamp you have and put it exactly where you want it on your card.  I use it an awful lot as I am not great at stamping things straight!  I have included a link to it in my shop below.

Stampin' Up! Gift Box - Moonlight Designer Series Papers

I love making gift boxes and the Moonlight DSP from Stampin' Up! is full of scrumptious papers.  I've used two of them - Sahara Sand and Lost Lagoon and put them onto the box which is made out of Blushing Bride cardstock.
I had some felt lying around in my craft room so I used the Flower Fair Framelits and made a felt flower in matching'ish (is that a word?!) colours and then attached it to the box.  I'm not sure which one I prefer - with or without the flower?
Does anyone elses craft room look like a bomb has gone off in it after they have finished crafting?  Mine is such a mess!
Have a lovely day

Tag Punch Box & Moonlight DSP

Today's project is a little box made using the scalloped tag topper punch (which I use a lot) although you can't see the punched shape clearly because the ribbon hides it.  The box is quite large - 2.5 inches wide by nearly 6 inches tall so lots of space to fill it with chocolates.
Yesterday, while I was sat outside in the beautiful sunshine, I noticed a little mouse pop out of our garden wall near to where I was sitting and start rooting around for any food just below where my bird feeder is hanging.  I watched him for ages thinking how cute he was - my husband didn't share my view and promptly put the humane mouse trap out and this morning, inside, was the cute little mouse.   My husband then drove Mr or Mrs mouse (over a mile away from our house) and released it into a field.  He would have fitted quite nicely into my box!!!  Squeak!

Have a great weekend

Flower Shop & Petite Petals....again!

I have another card today that used the Flower Shop and Petite Petals stamp sets.  I only signed up to being a Stampin' Up!® demonstrator at the beginning of July so my supply of current catalogue products is very limited until I order some more supplies...hence the theme so far with my cards etc. of flowers and butterflies!!  It will change..promise!

I've been having a hard time trying to decide which products to order from the new catalogue as I could honestly order ALL of it, but as I have finally persuaded my husband that we need a new kitchen, I am going to have to limit myself......or that's what I keep telling myself anyway!!
I used Crumb Cake card as the base layered onto Whisper White.  I first stamped the flowers using white craft ink and then 'ghost stamped' the colours over the top to give it a slightly 3D look.  I used Strawberry Slush, Tempting Turquoise and Daffodil Delight inks finishing up with white embossing powder for the sentiment and adding a few dots and dashes with a white Signo uni-ball pen.
