To start the week off I have a cute little gift box that I totally cased from Australian SU Demonstrator Nikki Spencer. She made them look so beautiful that I had to copy them almost exactly except for the colour scheme....I hope you don't mind Nikki!
They are really easy to make and go together in no time and you can get 2 boxes from one A4 sheet of card (instructions below). I have put two scented tealights inside which fit perfectly. I used one of my favourite colours at the moment, Hello Honey, for the box and ribbon and stamped the flowers from Petite Petals and Flower Shop in Blackberry Bliss. The leaves were punched out from Old Olive cardstock using the leaf from the bird builder punch and the large oval punch (cutting the end to a point). The two ends of the box are punched out using the Scalloped Tag Topper punch. Again, copying Nikki, I used the splattered stamp from Gorgeous Grunge as a background on the main box.
I also made a matching card and by the time I had finished making them both, my finger tips were a nice shade of Blackberry Bliss!

INSTRUCTIONS
To make the box you need a piece of card cut at 8¼ x 5½ inches. Score along the long side at 1¾, 2½, 5¾ and 6½ inches. Then rotate the card and score at 1, 1¾, 3¾ and 4½ inches. Don't forget to punch the two top flaps with the tag topper punch BEFORE sticking the sides together like I did!! Doh!
Happy stamping... x
