A Little Book Treat Box

I've made a little book treat box today to hold some more of those luscious G&B chocolate miniatures.  It looks like a little book and when you open it up there is a matchbox inside to hold the chocolates and room to write a message or stamp a sentiment.

Again I have wrapped the choccies in coordinating DSP to match the box and used some of the lovely stitched satin ribbon in Hello Honey to tie it up.

Stampin' Up! Matchbox Treat Holder & Matching Notecard

Today's post is a Stampin' Up! Matchbox Treat Holder and matching card.  I have used the Painted Blooms DSP (still reluctant to cut this paper up) to make this box which contains some of my favourite chocolates - Green & Black Miniature Bars.  The box was made with the Envelope Punch Board.

Also to finish, I am excited to share that one of my cards that I posted on my blog here back at the beginning of January has been featured over on Josée Smuck's blog Stamping Jo on her weekly feature 'My Crafty Friends Monday' where she gives credit to other stampers who use Stampin' Up! products.  Josée is a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in Canada so I was thrilled when she said she would be featuring one of my cards.  Click on the picture below to be taken to her blog where you can see other makes by some talented stampers.

Black & Pink Birthday Card & Matching Gift Box

I hope you all had a great weekend.  I've been making wedding favours and practicing on my violin....trying to keep that bow straight is soooo hard!!

For today's post, I CASE'd a card I saw on Stampin' Up! and just changed it slightly.  I used the colour combo of black and pink.  I made the spots using one of the balloon stamps from Celebrate Today.

I love the contrast of the black and Melon Mambo together and of course I love spotty dots!!  The box was made with the Gift Box Punch Board from Stampin' Up! Kraft Card and is 2.5" square.  The tag is stamped in white craft ink with a stamp from the Sale-A-Bration Catalogue, You Brighten My Day and is FREE with a qualifying purchase of £45 or more.

Just Sayin' Hello......

When I made this card yesterday, it was gloomy and wet with a possibility of snow so I chose some lovely fresh Spring colours today and used Stampin' Up!'s Crazy About Stamp set.

I cut out three layers of the flower and put them on dimensionals and then popped a button on top.  The flower, leaves and sentiment are all from the same stamp set Crazy About You.  'Hello' was cut out with the Hello You Thinlits dies and backed with Gold Soiree Speciality DSP.

These are today's colours...

Have a great weekend everybody I'll be back on Monday.  I have got a lot of favours and place cards to make for my niece's wedding in April so I am going to be kept busy.  I will show you photos of what I have been making after the wedding but the place card settings make me giggle!!  Can you guess what stamp set I have used?!!!!
