Well it arrived later than it usually does here in the Peak District but we had snow fall on Friday for the first time this year. It was a bit icy on the road and pavements on Saturday when we walked into town for our morning coffee, but the sun was shining and the sky was blue - a beautiful Winter's day.
So after we'd done a bit of shopping I headed into my craft room to make a card for a friend whose daughter has just got pregnant with their first child.
I used a file that I had bought some while ago from Lettering Delights called Baby Buddies. It is a printable graphic but I wanted to do some paper piecing so I traced around it in my Silhouette Cameo software and created some svg cut files to make it more 3 dimensional.
I printed a pattern onto the base of the card and & used Papermill Direct's White Linen Card. The bunny is from a cut file I made myself and I made it so that the bunny can come out of the pocket. I also hand cut a bib and attached some baker's twine and tied it around his neck.
Thank you for visiting my blog.
I have listed the products that I used to make today's card below.
