Uniko Flower Power

Hello there.  I hope you had a good weekend.  I was away for a few days last week visiting family in Oxford so I have missed being in my craft room but I snuck in there this weekend to take part in this week's LIM challenge which is:-

I have used a lovely stamp set by Uniko called Flower Power #6.  Here's my card.....

Uniko Stamps - Flower Power #6

I love the roses in this set - so I heat embossed them along with the leaves and then used a couple of Zig Clean Color markers to watercolour over the top.  I used a stitched circle die to cut it out.  I stuck the main background piece onto the card base and then added a top layer which I had embossed with one of my recent purchases (I've been a bit naughty!!).  I then used a sentiment from the same stamp set and heat embossed that onto some Teal card.

  8. Incredible card Wendy! That dreamy and delicate background has captured my heart ( look out, here comes a wish list moment!) and it echoes the circle focal point beautifully. Superbly CAS and a gorgeous use of teal. Congrats on your well deserved win too. Thanks for sharing this with us at Less is More xx

  11. Those roses are so pretty and your w/c wash gives it so much movement as does the embossed top panel. Gorgeous. :)
